The present invention relates to the linear propulsion and wireless power transfer system using 3-phase coreless ground coil. It makes it available to operate the railroad vehicle effectively as operating the rotating propulsion system and the linear propulsion system at the same time by applying the linear motor with non adhesion operation type as the support propulsion system. The wireless power transfer is also available without installing the power transfer line for the wireless power transfer additionally as applying the switching method to the same ground power transfer line for propulsion at the same time. To do this, the present invention includes the wireless power transfer part to carry out the wireless power transfer which is located at the lower side of the front vehicle based on the moving direction of the railroad vehicle; the linear propulsion part to perform the linear propulsion which is located in the lower side of the rear side vehicle based on the moving direction of the railroad vehicle; the inverter part to comprise the high frequency inverter for the wireless power transfer and the low frequency inverter for the linear propulsion; the coil part to be installed without pause while divided into the section with the unit of the half length of the whole railroad vehicle as the 3-phase coreless ground coil; and the section change switch part, which is installed without pause with its number to correspond to the above coil part and it does switching work to always provide the high frequency 3-phase power source delivered from the high frequency inverter of the above inverter part for the front vehicle and to provide the lower frequency 3-phase power source delivered from the low frequency inverter for the rear side vehicle when the railroad vehicle moves.
