The medicament mixing and melting promoter comprises an outer shell, a driving device, a swing mechanism and a container fixing device, wherein an eccentric wheel of the driving device is matched with a shifting fork of the swing mechanism; a bending end of an oscillating bar of the swing mechanism extends out of an arc-shaped guide slot in a support plate upwards and is connected with a supporting plate of the container fixing device suspended above the support plate; the supporting plate is provided with a fixing clamp and two opposite corresponding locking components; equal columns of concave hole tracks are arranged between the locking components; a control circuit protective cover is arranged above the container fixing device.
