The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of methane using catalysts for methane reaction, a catalyst for methane reaction and a manufacturing method of the catalyst where the manufacturing method of methane uses hydrotalcite precursors with substituted nickel and accordingly manufactures nickel based catalysts for methane reaction of carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide, thereby manufacturing methane in an economical manner wherein the catalyst for methane reaction has good activity and good durability at low temperatures.
