PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high quality voice with a low cost configuration without using a directional microphone.SOLUTION: The voice processing unit obtains status information of other cameras and selects a camera to be used for recording from the state and adjusts delay amounts of a plurality of recorded voices to synthesize them.
