A wire harness (10) is routed from the cargo space (2) of an automobile to a cargo space door (1) along a hinge arm (4); a case (11) for accommodating the excess length of electrical wiring is installed between the hinge arm (4) and the vehicle body panel (12) of the cargo space (2) in the up-down vertical direction of the operating direction of the hinge arm (4); the case (11) for accommodating the excess length of electrical wiring is configured so as to be provided with an arcuate electrical-wiring outlet/inlet (20) provided with a lead-out port (22) for the wire harness (10) that is in communication with the arcuate part (4a) of the hinge arm (4), and an excess-length electrical-wiring bypass part (21) that is continuous with the arcuate electrical wiring outlet/inlet (20); and the wire harness (10) led out from the lead-out port (22) of the arcuate electrical-wiring outlet/inlet (20) is routed along the arcuate part (4a) of the hinge arm (4) to the cargo space door (1) after the wire harness (10) is passed through the excess-length electrical-wiring bypass part (21) of the case (11) for accommodating the excess length of electrical wiring.
