When the abdominal position that is closest to an ultrasonic vibrator among abdominal positions that are positioned more to the base end direction side than the ultrasonic vibrator is set as a reference abdominal position, the base end of the base end-side vibration transmission member is positioned at a position that is separated from the reference abdominal position toward the base end direction by an extension length that is equivalent to an integral multiple of the half-wavelength of the ultrasonic vibration. The vibration generation unit is provided with a vibration amplification unit that amplifies the amplitude of the ultrasonic vibration that is transmitted toward the base end direction in the base end-side vibration transmission section.
