PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deterioration in operability.SOLUTION: A server 10 includes a transmission unit 18 for transmitting image data via a predetermined communication path to a second terminal that transmits the image data to a first terminal that displays an image. The server 10 obtains information indicating a time from start to completion of drawing a first entire image when the first terminal displays a first image based on first image data transmitted by the transmission unit 18. The server 10 estimates a band of a prescribed communication path about which time is taken into consideration. The server 10 determines timing when second image data transmitted after the first image data by the transmission unit 18 is transmitted to the second terminal so that it is in the estimated band. The server 10 controls the transmission unit 18 to transmit the second image data to the second terminal at the determined timing.
