<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which, in estimating a designed-on-order product in which a number of specification items and specification values have a dependence relation, generates a specification change proposal for the requirement specification value of a customer.SOLUTION: The present invention configures an estimate composition design device comprising: a requirement specification performance record data storage unit for storing the performance record value of a past requirement specification of a customer; a proposal specification performance record data storage unit for storing the performance record value of a proposal specification for the past requirement specification; a specification change proposal rule storage unit for storing a specification change proposal rule created on the basis of the requirement specification performance record data and proposal specification performance record data and having a high probability of proposing a specification change for the requirement specification; a requirement specification acceptance unit for accepting a new requirement specification; a specification change proposal generation unit for generating a specification change proposal on the basis of the accepted requirement specification and the specification change proposal rule; and a proposal specification generation unit for generating a proposal specification on the basis of the specification change proposal and the selection of application by a user.</p> |
