The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for a hollow fiber membrane potting agent and a hollow fiber membrane module and, more specifically, to a hollow fiber membrane module comprising a polyurethane resin composition for a hollow fiber membrane potting agent and a cured product thereof, wherein the polyurethane resin composition contains a polyurethane resin and a hydrophilic additive, thereby exhibiting excellent resistance to internal and external pressures as well as excellent sealing property and pollution-proofing property.
