Disclosed is a bottom enhancing type small diameter pile for ground reinforcement. The present invention includes: an outer pipe, which has a hollow-part formed in a cylindrical center thereof and a screw hole formed at a lower end thereof; a rotation shaft, which is inserted into an interior of the outer pipe to be mounted and has a bolt part formed at a lower end thereof to be coupled with the screw hole; a cutting edge installed at a lower part of a taper member for expansion; and a plurality of wing members installed in the longitudinal direction of the cutting edge member. According to the present invention, an end of a small diameter pile has a pillar-shape to reduce resistance when the pile is inserted initially, by improving workability. Also, the pillar-shaped end of the pile is expanded after the pile is inserted so that supporting force and pullout force are increased. Therefore, there is an effect to increase the supporting force and pullout resistance caused by wind load in a structure constructed on a poor ground.
