The present invention discloses a system of integrated circuit devices including a RAM device and a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) device. The RAM device maintains the stored data according to a periodic signal. The FPGA device includes: a control unit of the RAM device, a main control unit, and multiple logic circuits. The main control unit reconfigures the logic circuits except the control unit of the RAM device once the initial setting data is loaded onto the RAM device. |
