The present invention relates to a digital signal processing apparatus of a digital amp system, by which, when hands-free data is inputted, power proper for voice communications is controlled to be inputted, and the hands-free data is signal-processed, and then, is directly inputted to an output end without a delay, so the voice communications can be performed without lowering communications quality. The digital signal processing apparatus of the digital amp system comprises: a hands-free data detecting unit which outputs setting audio data by detecting the hands-free data; a hands-free data processing unit which signal-processes the hands-free data, and outputs the same to an amplifier; and an audio data generating unit which generates virtual audio data of a predetermined level for power control corresponding to a communication volume when the setting audio data is inputted from the hands-free data detecting unit. |
