The present invention includes a rope connecting apparatus for allowing a rope of a part with a load to be damaged and allowing the rest of the rope not to be damaged if the rope is momentarily and strongly loaded by an external force like the rope is caught by fishing gear of a fishing boat on the ocean where the rope for a seedbank is installed. The rope connecting apparatus comprises: a fixing portion for installing the rope by cutting two or five meters, and where one side is connected to the sea floor; and a floating body for maintaining the other side in a straight line of the side floated on the surface of the sea.
