The present invention relates to a device for deforming the screw portion of a bolt. More specifically, by forming a screw thread in a diagonal direction on one side of the jig and a projection at one end of one surface, pressing and rotating the bolt on the threaded surface of the jig, as the screw is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bolt by the thread, it can accurately form a modified part of the screw by the projections. As the projection height of the protrusions can be controlled, the surface deformation section which forms a part of the dip screw bolts by imprinting can be easily adjusted. By bending one end surface of the jig thread in the protrusion direction, a deformation section can be easily formed on a screw bolt with a small force. To this end, the present invention involves a jig of hexahedral shape including screw threads formed on a first surface of the jig, provided repeatedly in a diagonal direction with respect to the long-side edge of the first surface, and forming a screw on the outer peripheral surface of the bolt, and a projection provided at one end of the first surface and applying a transformation to the screw portion of the bolt formed by a thread. |
