The present invention is a cutting apparatus of a cylindrical plastic film paper, which prevents decreased productivity due to halts in work from time to time because of defects such as the paper being folded or rolled by the frictional heat and static electricity when a single layer film paper, the thickness of which is equal to or less than 50 microns, is cut half along the diagonal line thereof and slides out from a rotating drum. The present invention has a first air supplier unit (910) at one side of a rotating drum (500) to provide air to the space between a single layer film paper (700), which is cut into a single layer by a cutter (600), and the outer circumferential surface of the rotating drum (500) to lift the single layer film paper (700) with air and prevent the paper being stuck to the outer circumferential surface of the rotating drum (500). The present invention also has a second air supplier unit (920) installed at one side of the rotating drum (500) or a third air supplier unit (930) installed at the rear end of the rotating drum (500) to isolate the space between a cylindrical film paper (300) and the rotating drum (500) before being cut by the cutter (600) to facilitate the cutting of the film paper and to prevent the cutting line from being folded or rolled, thus enhancing productivity. |
