<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of an injection machine which has compatibility of suppression of the peak pressure and filling ability and achieves more stable molding quality.SOLUTION: A controller of an injection molding machine executes an injection step, an intermediate step and a pressure keeping step. A target pressure is determined from a time change of the injection pressure detected in the intermediate step, and the controller controls the pressure according to the target pressure. Switching from the injection step to the intermediate step is carried out by at least one of facts that, a screw advances to a specified position, that the injection pressure rises to a specified pressure, that the screw advancing speed lowers to a specified speed and that the increase of the injection pressure detected at specified time intervals becomes smaller than a specified value. Switching from the intermediate step to the injection step is performed by at least one of facts that the intermediate step lasts by a specified lapse of time, that the screw advances by a specified distance by an intermediate step pressure control, that a detected injection pressure reaches the intermediate step target pressure and that the screw advancing speed lowers to a specified speed.</p> |
