FUEL CELL SEPARATOR AND FUEL CELL STACK MANUFACTURING METHOD

A fuel cell separator is used in a fuel cell and disposed facing a membrane electrode assembly. The separator comprises: a separator central region facing the power generation region of a membrane electrode assembly; an outer edge portion extending from the separator central region to the outer edge; a cooling medium supplying manifold and a cooling medium discharging manifold provided in the outer edge portion; a fluid flowing path region ranging from the cooling medium supplying manifold to the cooling medium discharging manifold via the separator central region; a sealing gasket provided on the outer edge portion and surrounding the fluid flowing path region; and a peeling test gasket which is provided outside the fluid flowing path region and to which an external force is experimentally applied in order to evaluate the bonding state of the gasket. Evaluating the bonding state of the peeling test gasket makes it possible to improve product yield when manufacturing the fuel cell separator.
