This voltage detector, which detects whether or not an input voltage is at least a pre-determined threshold voltage, is provided with: a baseline voltage generation unit that generates a baseline voltage; and a comparator to which an input voltage and the baseline voltage are input, and that detects whether or not the input voltage is at least a threshold voltage stipulated by the baseline voltage. The baseline voltage generation unit has: a first read-in MOS transistor having a control gate and a floating gate; a second read-in MOS transistor; a first output MOS transistor; and a second output MOS transistor.
