<p>The invention relates to a device for endoscopic resection in the upper or lower gastrointestinal tract, comprising a tube (1) which has at least one lumen (9) extending in the longitudinal direction thereof, wherein an actuating wire (10) to which high-frequency current can be applied runs through the at least one lumen (9). A high-frequency tool (6) acting as a blade engages at the distal end of the actuating wire and an actuating element supported on the tube (1) engages at the proximal end. The device can be universally used for all working steps of an endoscopic submucosa dissection, for which purpose the high-frequency tool (6) acting as a blade is designed as a wire braid (11) that can be adjusted into at least three working positions. In a fully extended position of the distal end of the actuating wire (10) the wire braid (11) assumes a working position in which it has a substantially sickle-shaped external contour, wherein a section of the wire braid (11) connected to the actuating wire (10) and opposite to the portion (18) provided with a free end (20) is designed with a smaller, concavely running radius of curvature. In addition, the wire braid (11), at least in the region of the sickle-shaped convexly running outer contour (16) thereof, facing both inward and outward, is provided with a cutting edge.</p> |
