The present invention relates to an order removal filter for an air conditioner and a method of manufacturing the same. The air conditioner filter manufacturing method according to the present invention injects a mesh into a mold when molding a filter main body to manufacture the main filter body and the mesh in a single process to reduce the number of processes related to order removal filter manufacture, thereby improving work efficiency and productivity, and strengthen a bonding structure between the filter main body and the mesh to secure product quality.
