A damper assembly and apparatus for rotating doors having the same are provided to maintain the status of a door′s being open or closed, to make the rotation speed of the door different, and to make a luxurious feeling of use. The damper assembly of the present invention comprises: a housing having an accommodating unit where a viscous fluid is accommodated; a sliding unit whose one end has a first cam and whose center has a guiding hole penetrating in the direction of the axis and that moves back and forth in the lengthwise direction of the housing; an elastic member placed at the accommodating unit whose one end contacts the floor of the accommodating unit and whose other end contacts the sliding unit and supports the sliding unit in a first direction; and a rotating unit having an axis unit inserted into the guiding hole and a second cam made into one body with the axis unit that contacts the first cam and rotating around the axis of the housing. The second cam rotates and pushes the first cam for the sliding unit to move to a second direction, which is the opposite direction of the first direction, or rotates and makes the axis unit rotate when the first cam moves in the first direction. |
