PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially fairly distribute articles to a plurality of corporations.SOLUTION: The program calculates the worth of an article distributed to each recipient belonging to each of a plurality of corporations on the basis of the number of recipients belonging to the plurality of corporations stored in a storage unit (16) and the worth of the articles distributed to the plurality of corporations (FIG.7, 586; FIG.6B, 552). In determining one of the corporations as the distribution destination of a certain article, the program determines the corporation as the distribution destination of the certain article from the corporations on the basis of the calculated worth of the article distributed to each recipient. |
