PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a thickness of a coating layer formed on a base material even if slurry discharge work is continuously conducted for a long time.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of a battery polar plate includes: a first manifold 11 formed by a space elongated in a width direction and storing slurry 3; a die 10 which connects with the first manifold 11 via a slit 12 which is wide in the width direction, the die 10 where a discharge port 18 for discharging the slurry 3 to a base material 2 is formed; and supply means 20 which supplies the slurry 3 from an inflow part 16 communicating with the first manifold 11 to the first manifold 11. Multiple adjustment parts 31, 32, 33, 34, which cause the slurry 3 to flow out or in thereby adjusting an amount of the slurry 3 discharged from the discharge port 18, are provided over a width direction in areas in the slit 12 which are located between the first manifold 11 and the discharge port 18. |
