PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid composition for curable resin having good cleaning effect on the curable resin and having low odor and no limitation on handling by a PRTR method and operation environment allowable concentration.SOLUTION: The cleaning liquid composition for curable resin contains 14 to 50 mass% of (A) at least one compound selected from hydrocarbon having 9 to 16 carbon atoms containing aromatic hydrocarbon having 9 to 16 carbon atoms (A1) and 50 to 86 mass% of (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of (B1) an ether compound represented by the formula (1) and (B2) acetic acid ester of the ether compound (B1) represented by the formula (1), where the compound (A) contains 3 to 40 mass% of (A1) the aromatic hydrocarbon, the compound (B) contains 40 to 60 mass% of (B1) the ether compound and the content of the Class 1 designated chemical material of PRTR method is less than 1 mass%.
