<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an electric wire coating material containing a fluorine resin and a non-fluorine-based thermoplastic resin and enabling an electric wire coating material excellent in heat resistance, electrical insulation properties and mechanical properties to be formed by extrusion molding, and an electric wire having a coating material excellent in heat resistance, electrical insulation properties and mechanical properties.SOLUTION: The resin composition for an electric wire coating material is provided which can be melt-molded and contains a fluorine resin (A) having a melting point of 260 to 320°C, a thermoplastic resin (B) having a melting point of 280 to 420°C excluding the fluorine resin (A), and at least one kind of compound selected from a group consisting of melamines, a cyanuric acid derivative and an isocyanuric acid derivative (C) with the amount of the compound (C) of 0.01 pts.mass or more and less than 1 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the fluorine resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B).</p> |
