PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a dangerous brake operation.SOLUTION: When detecting a sudden brake operation from operation data of a vehicle, the more weight data indicates heavier weight, the more degree of speed change to be applied as a reference for detecting the sudden brake operation from the operation data is controlled to be moderate by a server. Thereby, accurate detection of the sudden brake operation in consideration of the weight can be performed without using acceleration.
