<p>A sensing pointer display control unit (11) causes a display (19) to display a sensing pointer (PT). A dead region display control unit (13) causes the display (19) to display a dead region (AR) for commencing or ending a process on content. An application (17) controls the commencement or ending of the process upon the content according to the relative location of the sensing pointer (PT) with respect to the dead region (AR). If the sensing pointer (PT) is displayed beyond the dead region (AR), the dead region display control unit (13) has the application (17) commence the process upon the content, and alters the shape of a portion of the dead region (AR) in the direction in which the sensing pointer (PT) has gone beyond the dead region (AR).</p> |
