<p>Disclosed are a method and a server for collecting performance data of a telecommunications network management system. The method comprises: a server regularly receiving, according to a preset collection period, performance data corresponding to each configuration object and reported by a tested device, and storing the performance data in a performance database; analyzing whether the number of the configuration objects corresponding to the received performance data is less than a preset number of configuration objects; and if yes, the server determining that the configuration objects of the performance data are not collected in a current collection period, obtaining performance data corresponding to each determined configuration object in a preset number of collection periods before the current collection period from the performance database, and analyzing and processing the performance data corresponding to each obtained determined configuration object, to generate new performance data. By implementing the present invention, a collection request does not need to be re-sent to a tested device, and lost performance data can also be regenerated, which are easy to implement and greatly improve the integrity and correctness of performance data of a network management system.</p> |
