The present invention relates to a ginseng seed dehiscence automation facility and a water supply apparatus thereof. The ginseng seed dehiscence automation facility includes: a dehiscence aiding cabinet storing ginseng seeds; a support which is installed in the length direction of the dehiscence aiding cabinet to be spaced apart from the dehiscence aiding cabinet by a predetermined distance; a water supply means having spray pipes to spray the water to the dehiscence aiding cabinet; a transfer means which moves the water supply means in the length direction of the dehiscence aiding cabinet; and a height adjusting means which is arranged between the spray pipe and the transfer means to adjust the height of the spray pipes.
