The present invention relates to an apparatus for rescuing an emergency situation using a head-up display of a vehicle. The apparatus for rescuing the emergency situation using the head-up display of the vehicle, comprises: an image detecting unit which detects first and second face areas of each of a driver and a passenger from image information that each image of the driver and the passenger is photographed in the vehicle according to an emergency support request; an area extracting unit which extracts first and second vision areas of each of the driver and the passenger from the first and second face areas, and extracting a hiding area corresponding to a location difference between the first vision area and the second vision area; an image irradiating unit which generates a virtual image corresponding to emergency rescue information and irradiates the same to the hiding area. |
