The present invention relates to a semiconductor light-emitting element which comprises: a plurality of semiconductor layers including a first semiconductor layer having a first conductive type, a second semiconductor layer having a second conductive type different from the first conductive type, and an active layer interposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and generating light by the recombination of electrons and electron holes; an ohmic electrode having a plurality of islands on the second semiconductor layer; a reflective layer reflecting the light from the active layer toward the semiconductor layers, and equipped with a plurality of first openings exposing the first semiconductor layer, and a plurality of second openings exposing the ohmic electrode by corresponding to the islands respectively; a first connection electrode electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer as connected to the first openings on the reflective layer; a second connection electrode electrically connected to the ohmic electrode as connected to the second openings on the reflective layer; a first electrode supplying either the electrons or the electron holes to the first semiconductor layer as electrically connected to the first connection electrode; and a second electrode supplying the remaining ones of the electrons and the electron holes to the second semiconductor layer as electrically connected to the second connection electrode. |
