The present invention is to provide a connecting member provided in each leg of both lower sides of a plane to rotate by a servomotor; and by providing a tube with a pair of fixing members being engaged or being separated during rotation of the connecting member, an inflated tube of a plastic material can be hanged on both legs of an airplane. In addition, if the engagement of the connecting member and the fixing member is released, the tube falls horizontally by its own weight such that a drowning man hanging on the tube can wait to be rescued by the lifesaving device using drones. To achieve this, the present invention is provided with a plurality of arms on all of the plane, and each arm is provided with wings to fly and motors for a multi-rotor type UAV. A tube with a pair of fixing members having a fixing protrusion and the fixing groove by arc on the upper side which has buoyancy to enable a drowning victim float; and the connecting member having connecting groove and the connecting projections as arc in the horizontal bar provided for each of both legs of the lower part of the plane to engage with the fixing protrusion and fixing groove of each fixing member are provided. Each of the connecting members can be rotated in a normal and reverse direction by the servomotor, respectively. |
