A 3D-MEMS optical switch comprises: a collimator array, a PD array, a wedge prism, a light-splitting triangular prism, a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) micro mirror, and a core optical switch controller connected to the PD array and the MEMS micro mirror. In the present invention, the PD array is integrated into the core optical switch, which simplifies the structure of the optical switch and reduces its volume; by using the wedge prism and the light-splitting triangular prism to split light, an optical signal is partially transmitted to the PD array for detection of the optical power, and the core optical switch controller adjusts the MEMS micro mirror according to the optical power of the optical signal detected by the PD array, so that the insertion loss of the 3D-MEMS optical switch meets a preset attenuation range. The present invention simplifies the spatial light path design, facilitates development of a large-scale 3D-MEMS optical switch, and reduces the cost. |
