Turkish coffee is prepared in a pot. Steam handle, rod of steam generator (of Espresso machine or any steam generator) is dipped in the mixture in the pot. By means of steam valve, sufficient steam is sprayed to the mixture and coffee is made. By this means, coffee having sufficient consistency (the same viscosity in every sip) and highly foamy coffee is made ready to serve serially. |
