A device-information acquisition unit (301) acquires, from a control apparatus, device information for each of a number of electrical devices. On the basis of said device information, for each electrical device, a device-information display unit (302) associates an identifier for said electrical device with an expected installation location therefor and a device state therefor and displays same on a screen. After an electrical device installed at the expected installation location for a target electrical device is operated by a user, the device-information acquisition unit (301) acquires, from the control apparatus, device-state information, for said target electrical device, that has been newly collected by the control apparatus. On the basis of said device-state information, the device-information display unit (302) displays explicitly, on the screen, whether or not the state of the target electrical device changed due to the user operation.
