<p>A vehicle-mounted device according to an embodiment includes a card input/output unit, a road determination unit, and a card selection unit. The card input/output unit is provided with a plurality of slots for insertion of a payment card, and performs the input and output of information required for toll adjustment for a tall for the use of a road with respect to a plurality of payment cards that are inserted.
