The present invention relates to a rotatable roasting apparatus which send hot air in all direction from the center of a roasting chamber and enables the hot air to spread to the lower part of the inner periphery and be exhausted in the upward direction along the side walls of the roasting chamber to minimize the heat loss. The rotatable roasting apparatus includes: a cylindrical body which is supported on the ground and has a heating chamber and the roasting chamber partitioned by an oil discharging plate in the middle of the upper and lower spaces on the inside; a heating furnace which is inserted into the heating chamber to deliver the hot air into the roasting chamber; an exhaust connection unit which is connected to the outside from the inside of the roasting chamber to enable the hot air in the roasting chamber to move and spread to the lower part of the inner periphery and be exhausted in the upward direction along the side walls of the roasting chamber; a driving motor which is arranged on the center of the upper plate of the cylindrical body and has a rotary shaft penetrating the upper plate to protrude to the lower part of the upper plate; and a rotating member which is arranged mounted on top of the roasting chamber in the horizontal direction to rotate as the rotary shaft rotates and has the lower part used to hold and fix multiple roasting targets. |
