An advertising method using a mobile terminal of an advertisement managing server and a server for distributing program therefor are provided to collect information for analyzing behavior and tendency of customers by using a mobile terminal such as a smartphone, to provide an advertisement based on the result to the user, and to display a preferred advertisement by user and by region. The advertising method of the present invention is provided by comprising the steps of: collecting information of behavior pattern for analyzing behavior and tendency of customers by the unit of advertisement content by using a mobile terminal such as a smartphone; enabling the advertisement managing server to accumulate information on the preferred advertisement by each user on the basis of the result; and enabling the advertisement managing server to analyze the information of the behavior pattern collected from several users by the unit of region and to accumulate information on preferred advertisement by specific region.
