<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device joint structure capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A building 10, to which a base-isolating device joint structure is applied, comprises: a base-isolating device 12 which comprises a pair of upper and lower flanges; a steel pipe 14 which is provided on the base-isolating device 12 to configure a joint part, which comprises a pair of upper and lower diaphragms, and in which the lower diaphragm 26 provided in a lower part is directly joined to the upper flange 20 of the base-isolating device 12; and a steel beam 18 that is joined to the lower and upper diaphragms 26 and 24.</p> |
