PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in adhesiveness, storage stability and handleability, an adhesive varnish, an adhesive film and a wiring film.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains following (A), (B), (C) and (D) component in following blending amounts and has a total amount of the (B) component and the (C) component of 7 to 60 pts.mass. (A) a phenoxy resin having a plurality of hydroxyl groups in a side chain:100 pts.mass. (B) a polyfunctional isocyanate compound having one isocyanate and at least one functional group selected from a group consisting of a vinyl group, an acrylate group and a methacrylate group in its molecule:2 to 55 pts.mass. (C) a maleimide compound having a plurality of maleimide groups in its molecule and/or a reaction production thereof:5 to 30 pts.mass.
