1. A compound of formula I where: R1 is phenyl or pyridinyl and is substituted with 0-3 substituents selected from the group consisting of halo, alkyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, hydroxyalkyloxy, and alkoxyalkyloxy, and wherein the phenyl or pyridinyl is also substituted with 1 CON(R9)(R10) substituent; R2 is hydrogen, halo, alkyl, or alkoxy; R3 is cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, (cycloalkyl)oxycarbonyl, (alkylsulfonyl)aminocarbonyl, CON(R13)(R14), (R13)(R14)NCONH, thiazolyl, tetrazolyl, triazolyl, or imidazolyl wherein the thiazolyl, tetrazolyl, triazolyl, or imidazolyl is substituted with 0-3 halo or alkyl substituents; R4 is phenyl that is independently substituted with 0-2 halo, alkyl, or alkoxy or is para substituted with X—Ar1; R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen, nitro, halo, alkyl, alkoxy, N(R7)(R8), or alkylsulfonyl; R7 and R8 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, cyanoalkyl, haloalkyl, (cycloalkyl)alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, haloalkoxycarbonyl, alkylsulfonyl, alkylsulfonylalkyl, SO2N(R15)(R16), or benzyl where said benzyl is substituted with 0-3 substituents selected from halo, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, carboxy, and alkoxycarbonyl; or N(R7)(R8) taken together is azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, or piperazinyl, and is substituted with 0-2 substituents selected from alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, or hydroxy; R9 is R10 is hydrogen; R11 and R12 taken together with the carbon to which they are attached is azetidinyl substituted with 0-3 alkyl substituents; R13 is hydrogen or alkyl; R14 is hydrogen or alkyl; R15 is hydrogen or alkyl; R16 is hydrogen or alkyl; X is —O— or —NH—; Ar1 is phenyl or para-halophenyl; and Ar2 is phenyl, pyridinyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazolyl, isoxazolyl, imidazolyl, oxazolyl, thiazolyl, oxadiazolyl, oxadiathiazolyl, triazolyl, or tetrazolyl, and is substituted with 0-3 substituents selected from halo, alkyl, or dialkylamino; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
