PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that controls network topology of a constructed radio communication network.SOLUTION: A node device that constructs a radio communication network by wirelessly communicating with an adjacent node device comprises: a storage unit that stores first subgroup identification information that is identification information to identify a subgroup to determine a group formed in a radio communication network and allocated to the node device; a receiving unit for receiving communication information including second subgroup identification information allocated to a transmission source node device from one or more other node devices; a determination unit that determines a transmission destination node device from the one or more other node devices depending on a collation result between the first subgroup identification information and the second subgroup identification information included in the received communication information; and a transmission unit that transmits communication information including the first subgroup identification information to the determined transmission destination.
