PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably transmit information necessary for an information processing device without excessively increasing an information amount flowing in a network which is formed by a plurality of transmission modules as relays and leads to the information processing device.SOLUTION: A transmission module transmits prescribed transmission information along a prescribed transmission route including an information processing device. When it is determined that the transmission module is in a prescribed state where prescribed information in the transmission module taken as information to be transmitted to a downstream side transmission module positioned downstream of the transmission module is to be expressed in a form of summary information which the information processing device can recognize as information associated with the prescribed information and upstream side information received from an upstream side transmission module positioned upstream of the transmission module and whose capacity is reduced; the transmission module forms new prescribed transmission information in the transmission module by including the summary information in place of the prescribed information in the transmission module; and transmits it to the downstream side transmission module.
