PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of call origination in voice communication using voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) terminals.SOLUTION: A server 10 which is an information processing apparatus for performing communication with a plurality of VoIP terminals 20 includes: a storage unit for storing a master telephone book file, which includes IP addresses respectively assigned to the plurality of VoIP terminals 20, and a telephone book management tool setting file, which includes information indicating the IP addresses to be respectively assigned to the plurality of VoIP terminals; and a CPU for requesting replies to all of the plurality of VoIP terminals, on the basis of the telephone book management tool setting file, detecting the replies from the VoIP terminals requested to make the replies, updating the master telephone book file, on the basis of existence of the replies, and transmitting updated telephone book data to each of the plurality of VoIP terminals after updating the master telephone book file. |
