PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor and a rotary electric machine equipped with the rotor in which distortion of a rotor core by press-fit stress can be loosened in fastening a rotary shaft and a rotor core by press-fitting.SOLUTION: A rotor 20 comprises: a rotary shaft 13; a rotor core 21 having a shaft hole 22 into which the rotary shaft 13 is press-fitted and a plurality of magnet housing holes 23 arrayed in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of permanent magnets 24 which are housed in each magnet housing hole 23 and form magnetic poles having different polarities from each other in a circumferential direction. Non-contact recesses 22a which are recessed outward in a radial direction, extend in an axial direction, and do not contact the rotary shaft 13, and pressure-contact protrusion strips 22b which are protruded inward in a radial direction, extend in an axial direction, and contact the rotary shaft 13 with pressure are alternately formed in a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral surface that sections the shaft hole 22 of the rotor core 21, and through-holes 27 penetrating the rotor core 21 in an axial direction are provided outward in a radial direction of the pressure-contact protrusion strips 22b. |
