PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular mixture metal complex which has a light absorption band at a visible part and can adopt a sublimation method in preparing an organic EL element.SOLUTION: A molecular mixture metal complex is represented by Pt(M)(L)(L)(1) or Pt(M)(L)(L)(2), where M is Ag, Au or Cu; and Land Lare ligands represented by (L-1) and (L-2), respectively.
