<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element of which microminiaturization is realized, and further to provide a vibrator provided with the vibration element, an oscillator, an electronic apparatus and movable body.SOLUTION: A vibration element 2 comprises: a base portion 4; and a crystal vibration piece 3 having a pair of vibration arms 5 and 6 which is provided integrally with the base portion 4, disposed side-by-side in an X axis direction and extends from the base portion 4 in a Y' axis direction. The pair of vibration arms 5 and 6 includes: arm portions 51 and 61; and hammer heads 59 and 69 which are positioned at leading end sides of the arm portions 51 and 61 and have lengths in the X axis direction longer than those of the arm portions 51 and 61 therein. Where each thickness of the vibration arms 5 and 6 is represented by T, and a separation distance between the hammer heads 59 and 69 in the X axis direction is represented by W4, T and W4 satisfy a relation of 0.033T<W4<0.330T [μm].</p> |
