1. A product for increasing muscle mass in an individual manufactured by a process comprising:
preserving raw liquid egg yolk, raw liquid whole egg, or raw liquid egg white using one of either high pressure treatment of at least 4500 bar for at least 1 minute, pulsed electric field treatment of at least 5 kV/cm at a flow rate of 30 L/h, or a combination thereof; wherein the temperature remains at or below about 38 degrees Celsius during while preserving the raw liquid egg yolk, raw liquid whole egg, or raw liquid egg white. |
