<p>A vertically independent two-level parking garage comprising a garage base (301), garage support columns (101), a folding apparatus, an upper level vehicle-supporting track, and an upper level vehicle-supporting plate. The garage base is fixed on the ground. The garage support columns (101) are fixed at either inner side of the garage base (301) and are fitted with racks. The upper level vehicle-supporting track consists of a power transmission apparatus, an outer track, and an inner track. Pinions at one extremity of the track are allowed to move vertically on the racks and support the weights of the upper level vehicle-supporting plate and of a vehicle. The upper level vehicle-supporting plate is connected to a rotary apparatus of the inner track and is fitted with rotary wheels, thus allowing the upper level vehicle-supporting plate to rotate leftwards or rightwards in and out of the garage. The vertically independent two-level parking garage allows the upper level vehicle-supporting plate to rotate leftwards or rightwards in and out of the garage, and at the same time, the garage is foldable, thus satisfying current high demand for parking spaces.</p> |
