A touch input sensing method in a touch input device including a plurality of electrode pads which comprises the steps of: detecting whether a touch input for the electrode pads is operated or not by using a first sensing mode when the touch input apparatus is initialized; detecting whether a touch input for the electrode pads is operated or not by using a second sensing mode when determined that a touch input for the electrode pads is operated; and detecting whether a touch input for the electrode pads is operated or not by using the first sensing mode when determined that a touch input for the electrode pads is disappeared.
